2. Use of Tools
All tools on Opekto are provided for lawful, personal use only. You agree not to use any tool for illegal purposes, to harm others, or to attempt to disrupt or damage our service. Tools are provided as-is and results should be verified independently for critical use cases.
3. Accuracy of Results
While we strive to ensure all tools produce accurate results, Opekto makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any tool output. Do not rely solely on tool results for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
4. Intellectual Property
The Opekto platform, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of Opekto. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. Tool outputs generated by your own inputs belong to you.
5. User Content
When you use our contact forms or submit tool suggestions, you grant Opekto a non-exclusive right to use your submission for the purpose of improving and expanding the platform. We will credit contributors publicly as described in our contributor guidelines.
6. Advertising
Opekto displays advertisements via Google AdSense to fund the free operation of all tools. These ads are served by Google and subject to Google's advertising policies. We do not control specific ad content.
7. Privacy

8. Third-Party Services
Some tools on Opekto interact with third-party services to provide their functionality (for example, the IP Address Lookup tool uses a geolocation service). Your use of these tools is subject to those third parties' own terms and policies.

Opekto is provided free of charge on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opekto shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform or its tools.
